Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account or the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period. One-time purchases are for a single use and cannot be canceled once purchased.
Is my data used for training?
Your raw transcript is never stored. Transcript data is processed solely to generate your analysis. Analysis results are saved only if you choose to save them. See the FAQ and Privacy pages for details.
Do unused analyses roll over?
No. Unused monthly analysis allowances do not roll over to the next billing period.
What happens when I reach my free tier limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to continue analyzing conversations. Your existing analyses remain accessible.
